The scope of the book is to identify the necessary requirements for the development and implementation of a mobile B2B application for Company X. This study (bid) report covers the three necessary requirements for the development and implementation of a mobile B2B application, namely functional, structural and resources requirements. Functional requirements were identified through, marketing analysis, stakeholder analysis, software benchmarking, and security requirement analysis. Structural requirements were identified through, software environmental analysis, personnel analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, and risk identification and analysis. Resources requirements were identified through project time planning and life-cycle cost analysis (LCCA). The study is scheduled for six (6) months with all tasks and activities presented in a Gantt chart shown in figure 1. The final section of the report, discusses the contribution of the methods and approaches adopted for the study.
