This original research has been done in the Department of oral and Maxillofacial surgery, Mamata Dental college, Khammam in India from 2008-11. This study on secondary alveolar bone grafting [SABG] was conducted on 7 patients who attended the department. The study attempts to evaluate the management of secondary alveolar cleft defects by intermediate secondary and late secondary alveolar bone grafting with reference to improvement in signs and symptoms, graft take up and donor site morbidity.
