Emmanuel erhielt seinen Bachelor-Abschluss in Telekommunikationstechnik am Technischen Hochschulkolleg von Ghana, Ghana, im Jahr 2014 und seinen Master-Abschluss in Informatik und Technologie an der Schule für Informatik und Ingenieurwesen der UESTC im Jahr 2017. Derzeit promoviert er in Informatik und Technik an der UESTC.
