Seedtime and Harvest focuses on key mystical messages that run through Biblical Scripture, showing how familiar Biblical stories and passages provide insight into the metaphysical principles that form the foundation of physical experience. The tale of Cain and Abel, Jacob's ladder dream, and many other passages are explored to spark deeper understanding of consciousness and empowerment. Neville intersperses his interpretive insights into scripture with real-life examples of the workings of spiritual law, helping to show how the Bible can provide important guidance to students no longer comfortable with a literal reading and offering insight to those who seek to reconcile their love of the Christian Bible with non-sectarian truths about being and self-hood.

Autorenporträt
Neville Goddard was a Barbadian writer, speaker, and mystic, born on February 19, 1905, in Saint Michael, Barbados. He moved to the United States as a young adult, where he would go on to become a prominent figure in the field of self-help and mysticism. Goddard is best known for teaching the power of human imagination, asserting that it is omnificent, meaning it has limitless power, and is, in essence, divine. His teachings revolved around the idea that individuals could create their desired reality through the focused use of imagination. Goddard s works and lectures emphasized that the key to personal transformation lies within the mind, and he encouraged people to engage in visualization and meditation techniques to manifest their desires. He believed that one could achieve anything by truly believing in it and embodying the feeling of already having it. Neville Goddard passed away on October 1, 1972, in West Hollywood, California, at the age of 67. His influence endures through his books and teachings, which continue to inspire those seeking spiritual and personal growth. He was the son of Joseph Nathaniel Goddard and Wilhelmina Goddard, and had two children, Victoria and Joseph Neville Goddard.
