Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Peter Baumann war als Lehrbeauftragter für das Wahlfach Sensorschaltungen an der Hochschule Bremen tätig. Er lehrte zuvor als Hochschuldozent an der Ingenieurhochschule Mittweida und als Professor an der Westsächsischen Hochschule Zwickau.
