Fiction. With computer visuals by Andi Olsen. "Sewing Shut My Eyes" is an avant-pop anti-spectacle -- nine darkly satiric outtakes of American tubing. Visions of midair synchronicities, robotic cockroaches, cyborg poets, and one monstrous HDTV, all rendered in a hypermanic style of electrified clauses and full-throttle patter.
