As random thoughts come to mind in the middle of the night I get up and start writing. You could consider these all mysteries since I have no idea where they are going once I start. When the concept dies out before creating enough for a full length book, you end up with short stories. Some day, or maybe never, another idea will come that makes it worthy of being a real book. Too bad I don't know enough about any one field to make someone take a real interest in a story.
