Donald Schaeffer is a CPA and lawyer with a passion for the arts. His children's chapter book, Sienna, a Wizard & the Magical Mice, has won a Global Ebook Gold Medal Award, a Next Generation Indie Book Award, an American Fiction Award, and a Purple Dragonfly Book Award. Sienna & the Magical Christmas is the second book in the Sienna series, and it has won a Regal Summit Book Award and two Purple Dragonfly Book Awards. A children's picture book, The Spider Who Saved the Tree, was published in 2024. Donald and his wife, Joan, enjoy spending time with their son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.
