Ashley also owns a private nutrition counseling practice, guiding clients toward balanced lifestyles that help them reach their health and performance goals. She specializes in cholesterol management. Originally from Emmitsburg, Maryland, she currently resides in Los Gatos, California, with her husband, Eric, and son, Miles.
