Richard Antony Barbosa França. Ingénieur civil diplômé d'Univap en 2016, il travaille à la légalisation et à l'approbation des projets, au découpage foncier et aux rapports techniques, aux projets hydrauliques et électriques, à la supervision, à la gestion et à la budgétisation des travaux. Il est également enseignant bénévole au cours Libertas, un projet qui aide les élèves défavorisés de Taubaté.
