Autorenporträt
Kyle Richard Olson is an author who lives with his family near Chicago, Illinois. He is the proud dad of twin daughters, one with a rare chromosomal condition. This has introduced the family to the special needs world, including the many kindred spirits who make up this community of grit, courage, and love. It was during, and due to, a prolonged stay at the children's hospital that Kyle wrote this book, which is for his daughter, who fought bravely within the hospital, and her sister, who did so outside of it. Kyle embraces being a "girl dad" and plays Elton John tunes on his piano as bedtime lullabies. He also happens to be a lawyer, so this book is not his first publication-just his most meaningful. Kyle holds a BA from Wake Forest, an MA from King's College London, a JD from Northwestern, and is a self-proclaimed expert in Chicago sports and pizza.
