Dr. Perkins graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Physiology and earned his D.D.S. from Baylor College of Dentistry, receiving numerous honors for clinical excellence. After completing his M.S. in Orthodontics, he served as an orthodontist at the U.S. Naval Academy, gaining expertise in surgical orthodontics. Returning to Dallas, he focused on early orthopedic treatment and airway development for children with sleep disorders. Dr. Perkins also developed an advanced oral appliance for sleep disorders and TMD. For over 20 years, he has specialized in TMJ and sleep disorders, lecturing extensively to dental, medical professionals, and the public.
