This text has as specific objectives:use of GIS for the analysis of the technical and environmental aspects in a geo-referenced manner; use the Statistics Hydrology to check the place and water availability; use the law of water resources, of the environment, and of the electricity sector and related legislation that are relevant to the SHP projects.
