Dorothy Bodoin lives in Royal Oak, Michigan, an hour's drive from the little town that inspired Foxglove Corners. Dorothy worked as a secretary for Chrysler Missile Corporation, two years of which were spent in southern Italy. A graduate of Oakland University with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English literature, she taught English for several years at Madison High School in Michigan. On retiring from teaching, she began her second career as a writer. She is the author of the Foxglove Corners mystery series, six novels of romantic suspense, and one Gothic romance.
