He was arrested by Too Sweet and Flappy and was sent to Prison for twenty years. There was an old army fort out west, near Needles California. Lukas and Randy used to visit when they were kids. After almost twenty years, the fort was run down and put up for sale, dirt cheap. Randy bought the fort with big dreams. After Lukas got out of prison they convert the fort into a small town and named it WHERE COWBOY ARE MADE. Flappy hears about this town and the news, but unfortunately for Flappy, he missed the first part of the news report, therefore missing the warning. Flappy, wanting to fulfill a childhood fantasy of becoming a cowboy. But he didn't know that the town was owned by the guy he and his brother put in prison. But now Lukas owns the town, where he's Mayor, sheriff judge, and prosecutor. Prison life made him hard, so his a mean dude. But it's one guy Lukas is terrified of. They called him Sleepy.

My name is Pleze Raybon, born on April 23, 1950; I'm from the small town of Winnfield La. I graduated from Pinecrest High in 1968. During my school years, I played the trumpet with different local bands. I moved to Detroit MI. in 1969, and in the mid 70's I played with the late Carolyn Franklyn. In 1979 I accepted Jesus Christ as Lord, I don't remember the date, but I will never forget the genuine experience that has kept me these 39 years as a Christian. In 1996 I released my first CD (The Comforter) and in 2001 I released my second CD (Amalgamated Love). I have played special music for people like Dr. Miles Munroe, Rev. Kingsley Fletcher and Dr. Jeff Edwards.
