The book "Social Innovation - Global Experience" was written to collect outstanding precedents of complex reforms at the state level, analysing solutions that facilitate or hinder their implementation. Concluding chapter provides recommendations on the process of introduction and implementation of social innovations. Each of the chapters is dedicated to a specific country and structured as follows: 1. Historical background. In what conditions did social innovations arise and how were they introduced? 2. Formulation of objectives. What kind of goal each government want to achieve? 3. Solutions "+" and solutions "-". State-level errors and effective steps that may be useful for other countries to adopt. 4. Conclusions and recommendations.

Stanislav Aizin was born in the Republic of Moldova in 1978, located in Eastern Europe bordering Romania and Ukraine. Moldova, as a former part of larger Bessarabia, became part of the Soviet Union after World War II. Growing up in the culturally diverse capital of Chi¿in¿u, Stan witnessed the collapse of the Soviet Empire in 1991, his country strive for independence and social turmoil. This resulted in a brief ethnic conflict and partial occupation of Moldova by the Russian Federation in 1992.After graduating from high school, Stan was accepted to State University of Moldova (USM) in 1995, where he studied criminal and civil law, graduating as Master of Law & Jurisprudence in 2000.These experiences opened new horizons and Stan dived into extracurricular studies of sociology, psychology, philosophy, legislature and social management. Social design has become an area of Stan's personal passion ever since.In 2007 Stan immigrated to the USA, making a new home in the state of Florida. In 2009, Stan met with world renowned American designer and futurist Jacque Fresco, he became a volunteer for The Venus Project - a non-profit organization that promoted ideas for social betterment through a systemic approach to social problems. Stan joined the board of directors of The Venus Project in 2016, assuming responsibilities of international activism management and helped the project to gain popularity worldwide, managing a variety of activities and volunteers from many different countries. In 2018 Stan stepped down from the board to concentrate on his studies. Currently, Stan is working on a trilogy of books concerning social innovation. In 2020, he published the first edition of a book that consolidated best practices and mistakes of 10 countries in different areas of social development, titled "Social Innovation - Global Experience".
