This research is a case study that analyzes the formation of social networks at Fazenda da Esperança, a non-profit organization active in the social sector, present in Brazil and abroad with more than 60 units. The main objective of this institution is the recovery of drug addicts, based on the three pillars of treatment: spirituality, relationships, and work, without the use of medication or behavioral therapies. Through this method, it welcomes drug addicts to restructure their lives, transforming them into recovered citizens.

Master's degree in Administration from PUC, MBA in Marketing from FGV, undergraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM. NEATS PUC researcher. Professor at the University of Mogi das Cruzes - Villa Lobos, undergraduate and graduate programs. She was a professor in the undergraduate program (teaching internship) at PUC and a guest professor at UNIP Vergueiro - graduate program. She has been working for over 20 years in the areas of marketing/administration.
