In this Final Integrated Project we decided to carry out the Disciplinary Practice modality in order to carry out a theoretical analysis and recovery of our professional practices and, then, to make an intervention proposal that can be carried out in that specific institutional environment.The theme that inspires this TIF is the demands received post-pandemic by the Social Worker of the Mauricio Casal Health Center on the violation of the rights of children and adolescents from families in conditions of persistent poverty. Due to the characteristics of the neighborhood where the population referenced in this center lives, many of the violated rights are related to the lack of material resources in which the families find themselves. This problem will be addressed from the Mauricio Casal Health Center, located in Bv. Segui 5305, institution in which we will carry out our professional practices during 2022 and whose target population is geographically delimited to the above mentioned neighborhood.
