Shamsiddin Kamoliddin - Doktor der Geschichtswissenschaften, Professor, Staatliche Pädagogische Universität Nizami Taschkent. Er ist Professor an der Staatlichen Pädagogischen Nizami-Universität in Taschkent. Er erforscht arabische, persische und türkische Quellen zur mittelalterlichen Geschichte und historischen Geographie Zentralasiens aus der Zeit des türkischen Kaganats (ca. VI. bis ca. VIII. Jahrhundert) und des arabischen Kalifats (ca. VIII. bis Anfang XIII. Jahrhundert).
