Kelvin N. Agbakwuru is a young HR scholar and researcher who acquired his Master of Science degree in the field of Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He finished as the best graduating student of his set and is currently running his PhD program in the same discipline at Afe Babalola University.
