I have written a book, Some Problems of Scale Invariance, which is necessary for the further development of science. I am sending you the book to assist in its publication and forwarding to Amazon. The book proposes to consider four regular polygons with five regular polyhedra together. A mathematical interpretation of dissipation and dispersion is given. Some problems of quantization are considered in the microworld and the macroworld. In order to study quantum systems, a quantum Riccati equation is obtained for the hyperbolic tangent transformed by Laplace. Scale invariance of the quantization process is given, both in the microworld and in the macroworld. A new approach to quantization in the macroworld is given. Scale invariance to the sizes of bodies in the Universe and in the microworld is shown. A cellular-network structure is noted. Formation of large clusters of galaxies. Scale invariance of the Avogadro constant in the microworld and megaworld (Universe) is given. Scaleinvariance exists between laboratory "experiments" and cosmic reality. Scale invariance of functions belonging to the class of soliton functions is shown.
