Autorenporträt
Gale Huntington settled in Chilmark, MA and because of his love of maritime music, he collected to fill this book and more. He was a commercial fisherman, and at the end of WWII decided to return to school to earn a master's degree in history from Boston University and for 20 years he taught history and Latin at the high school on Martha's Vineyard. Mystic Seaport is preparing to publish another book with more of Mr Huntington's music which is called The Gam.
