This is Sophie's story. She is three ... nearly four. Her parents are divorcing. But that is not a word that means very much to Sophie. This is what she knows. Sophie's story tells of how she sees life in a split family and the things that affect her most.

Lynley grew up in New Zealand but has spent most of her adult life in Australia. Her working life saw her achieve three careers: first in General and Psychiatric Nursing, then teaching nurses, counselling, and finally, Mediation (An Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioner, mentoring, teaching, and practising). When Lynley retired from her job, she resumed her lifelong passion for writing. She is encouraged by her husband, and four adult children without whose technical wizardry she would still be using pencil and paper. She was once asked, "Where do you get your ideas from?" and said, "I see a story in everything. Show me anything, a word, a picture, a character, and I can make a story from it."This is a collection of some of the short stories she has had the fun of creating. Enjoy the stories she has written.
