Autorenporträt
Dr. Palfy began her career working in corrections and noticed a disproportionate number of males in the system. After becoming an RCMP officer, she began investigating child sex crimes and studied the grooming techniques used by pedophiles. She also witnessed that, although males were victims too, they were not reporting their abuse. While completing her PhD, she examined the reasons males were not disclosing. She is a trained trauma therapist, author, and public speaker on the topic of male sexual abuse. Follow her trauma podcast @Dr. Kelli on Facebook
