Evan is a dedicated professional specializing in training individuals for the rigors of special operations assessment & selection. As the Owner-Operator and Director of Strength & Conditioning at Eastern Shore Performance Center, he has helped over 250 candidates prepare for Special Operations Assessment & Selection programs since moving to the United States. Evan also serves as the Executive Director for The Warriors of Tomorrow, a non-profit organization supporting candidates in Special Operations assessment & selection.Evan's coaching career began in Vancouver, where he studied Human Kinetics at Langara College. He worked with the Langara Falcons Men's Basketball team and had the honor of being a torchbearer in the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. With Twist Conditioning Inc., he worked alongside esteemed coaches and trained athletes for professional leagues such as the NHL, AHL, MLB, AMA, SBK, CIS, and NCAA Division I Athletics.Having worked with over 2,000 professional, amateur, and youth athletes across various sport and tactical backgrounds, Evan has become a respected figure in strength and conditioning.Outside of his professional endeavors, Evan cherishes time with his wife Kendra and their children, Charlie, Rowan, Grace, Georgia, and Jackson. He enjoys honing his shooting skills, lifting weights, and indulging in professional hot-tubbing. Evan's drive to maintain physical superiority over his children reflects his unwavering commitment to personal fitness and overall well-being.
