Autorenporträt
Kary Woodruff is associate instructor in the Department of Nutrition and Integrative Physiology at the University of Utah. Kary also works as a sports dietitian at the LiVe Well Center in Salt Lake City specializing in athletes and eating disorders. She is on the United States Olympic Committee registry of sports dietitians working with elite athletes training in the Salt Lake and Park City area. Prior to the University, Kary was the head sports dietitian at The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Salt Lake City. She completed her master's in sports psychology and a master's in sports nutrition from the University of Utah, and a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Kary is a certified specialist in sports nutrition and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
