Marie Boone Jackson-Peoples, BS, MS, M.Ed. Grew up in a Christian home in rural Virginia. Recent published books are: A Book of Short Stories and An Awesome Power Controls this Universe. Also published of the Children's Literature Program in Connecticut, one of my favorites is "Children Left Behind" which lingered in my spirit after a three-week visit to South Africa. Worked in the public schools in Washington, CC. After retirement, my focus turned to Early Childhood Education and became an advocate for licensed child centers in DC.
