PETER HLAVIN SPENT FOUR DECADES in corporate consulting, holding leadership roles in business development across strategic, financial, operational, and marketing domains. A lifelong athlete, he also competed in Masters Track and Field, becoming a two-time World Champion high jumper and an American record holder in his age group. After walking the Camino de Santiago, Peter made a bold pivot to tap into his creative energy, crafting immersive experiences that blend songs, music, visual art, installations, and storytelling. As an artist, he is known as I Am Journeyman-a name reflecting his personal transformation and passion for creative exploration. On the Camino Francés in Spain, he is the visionary behind Laberinto del Camino and the Pilgrim Garden-two public art installations in Palas de Rei that honor the pilgrim journey and are featured in this book. His latest leap is into writing, where he blends artistic expression with the storytelling spirit. Stars of the Camino is his debut book-an autobiographical novel of discovery and transformation that invites readers on a mystical, magical, and musical odyssey, including over forty original I Am Journeyman songs.
