Graham Maddox is Professor Emeritus ofPolitical Science at the University of New England, NSW, Australia. He is a fellow of the Academy for Social Science in Australia, and was President of the Australasian Political Studies Association 1995/6. He was Dean of the Faculty of Arts at UNE 1980-1983 (incl.) and Executive Dean 1990-1998.
