Eltigani Ahmed holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Development Economics with over two decades of international banking experience. Dr. Ahmed possesses mastery in driving business growth and achieving consensus in heterogeneous environments. His areas of interest include leadership strategy, resource orchestration, organizational resilience, international relations, peace and conflict resolution, public policy, and development economics. Dr. Ahmed has several scholarly contributions, including his book "Leading Resilience: Strategies for Thriving in Disruptive Times," in addition to more than ten publications in international peer-reviewed journals. He lives in Nairobi with his family.
