Storm of Enchanted Dreams, a poetic fairytale (second edition), is a poetic collection that takes the reader on a fairytale journey of sifting through a storm of chaotic thoughts, the awakening to stand up for what is good and right in the world, an enchantment to battle the villains in our wake, with whimsical dreams of hope on the other side. This poetic fairytale storybook is for the adults who fight through the chaos and still dream of a better tomorrow. Like Hansel and Gretel, it may eat you alive. Fairytales have taught me that monsters and dragons can be defeated and the princess gets saved in the end-even if she has to save herself. - Amanda L. Ball "Once upon a time, there was a ravenous, villainous beast..."
Amanda L. Ball has been writing poetry since she was a young girl, having her first poem published in a book for young poets at age 11. It has been her lifelong dream to publish her own collection of poetry. She is a loud, relentless voice for social justice and cares deeply about child and animal welfare. Though she grew up and lived in Texas for 35 years, she has spent time traveling the world, living as a nomad across the country, and currently resides in the state of Maryland with her four cats, enjoying her passion for books and writing, and reveling in the middle-aged friendships she has discovered, grown, and continues to nurture every day.And she has never stopped dreaming.
