Bishop-Designate Carlos Reyes is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Ecclesia Ministries in Hagerstown, MD. He is a product of a bi-racial marriage that was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. It was in Williamsburg projects in 1983 where he had his encounter with God which changed his destiny. He immediately embraced his call to ministry and the rest is history. Bishop-Designate Reyes received his initial training and was licensed in 1987 under the late Dr. C.R. Johnson the Founder of Brooklyn Tabernacle Deliverance Center. He was then fathered by the late Bishop James Copeland where he served on the Ministerial board, street team, mission field and Sunday school teacher. Afterward he transitioned and was under the leadership of the late Bishop Charles Reed, Pilgrim Cathedral of Harlem where he served on the Ministerial board. In 2000 Overseer Reyes along with his wife Elder Jacqueline Reyes was compelled to be replanted under the tutelage of the late Apostle Robert Evans Jr., Establishmentarian, Beth El Temple Church of Christ, and Baltimore, MD where he served on the Ministerial Counsel and Director of outreach as he continued to serve under Bishop Richard Pender until he received his mandate. Bishop-Designate Reyes deep love for souls caused him to accept the charge to preach a full gospel that leaves a profound impact on the lives of the hearers. He is known for his fiery unique method of preaching and teaching an uncompromised word. He operates within the fivefold ministry. He walks in love and humility but his stance is steadfast and unwavering. In 2017 he was appointed to the office of Overseer for International Affairs in Dunamis Covenant Connection by his spiritual Father Arch-Bishop Robert Joel Rochford and the Bishops Council. In 2022 Holy Convocation Overseer Reyes was elevated to Bishop-designate. Bishop-Designate Reyes is convinced that man can only reform lives but only God can transform lives, so with his enthusiastic energy in reference to God's ability he challenges everyone to embrace Gods transformation. He has traveled national and international too such as Trinidad, Puerto Rico, Nigeria, Johannesburg South Africa and the Caribbean There is no doubt that he is in pursuance of building the Kingdom of God. >Bishop-Designate Reyes has a mandate to a lost dying generation, to cross boundaries of denominations and nationalities, to bring hope to the hopeless, to encourage the discouraged, to uplift those who have fallen from grace and to speak life to that which is dead. He is married to the lovely Elder Jacqueline Monet'e Reyes, his companion for life who serves as Executive Pastor. They have three sons Dayshawn, Josiah and Jeremiah... Together they work to snatch the lives of men, women, boys and girls out of the hand of the enemy. Bishop-Designate Reyes is definitely a man anointed for ministry on a mission to fulfill his mandate.
