J. M. Linkhart lives in Oklahoma with her friends, two dogs, some cats, and a furry little creature that looks like a cat but is likely a small demon. Hiking, drawing, and all things history are her passions when away from the blinking cursor on her computer screen. In addition to being a fantasy writer, she is the co-founder of Goblin Booth Productions, a small multi-media studio based in Oklahoma. Her debut novel, First-Degree Magic, received a star from Kirkus Reviews.
