This research constitutes an innovative model of strategic communication designed to articulate key actors in innovation ecosystems, integrating the Quadruple Helix approach (government, academia, industry and civil society) with the methodology of Kirk-Díaz Guzmán (2014). The model constitutes a significant methodological contribution for business scenarios in Cuba, by offering practical tools that optimize communication management in dynamic and multisectoral environments. Structured in four phases (diagnosis, planning, execution and evaluation), the model allows customizing messages according to each helix, improving corporate image, evaluating impacts through measurable indicators and fostering inter-institutional collaboration. Its application in national and international science and technology parks would facilitate project incubation, knowledge transfer and alignment with national development policies, positioning itself as a benchmark for collaborative innovation in emerging contexts.
