O Dr. Lawal Mohammad Anka é um académico nigeriano, economista agrícola e gestor certificado, licenciado pelo Politécnico de Kaduna, na Nigéria, pela Universidade de Sindh Jamshoro, no Paquistão, e pela Universidade Justus Liebig, em Giessen, na Alemanha. É um escritor prolífico e publicou 9 livros e 105 artigos em revistas académicas de todo o mundo.
