Warnock Davies is a consultant with extensive experience in the formulation and implementation of corporate and business-unit strategies at multinational corporations and mid-sized companies in a wide range of industries, in the United States and other countries, and in other areas of corporate governance. He has held full-professor faculty appointments; has directed and taught in graduate programs, executive programs, and in-company seminars; holds a PhD and other graduate degrees from Tufts and Harvard Universities; and is the author of articles and books on business strategy, international business, and corporate governance.
