The concept of stress has been studied from multiple facets but hardly any study has been reported which examine association between stress and employee engagement in IT sector in Hyderabad. The role played by the Hyderabad IT companies in the growth of the software industry in India has been an important one. NTT DATA being the fifth largest IT Company with a huge global workforce seemed to be a right representative of IT sector in Hyderabad.

Dr. Archana Experienced educator (15+ years) guiding MBA/BBA students holds a Ph.D. in Management from Osmania University (2023), an M.Phil. from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (2014), and an MBA from Osmania University College of Commerce & Business Management (2007). She also holds a B.Tech (CSE) from JNTU (2005) and is NET, SLET qualified.
