The book is the result of work carried out in the Postgraduate Professional Master's Program in Education at the Federal University of Rondônia, as a product of the subject Assessment of Learning in Basic Education. The objectives were to survey bibliographic sources in specialized journals, produce a final report and hold round tables and conferences. The methodology consisted of a bibliographic survey, selection of scientific articles for study and theoretical preparation, analysis and selection of the material by line of research linked to the projects, systemic organization of the work teams that divided the group by lines of research, identified the themes for the round tables, set up a registration committee, secretariat and communication advisory services, drew up the seminar schedule and timetable, wrote a scientific article per lecture and per round table and wrote the final report. The course project was presented and discussed with the students, who accepted the proposal with the joint commitment to make this work a scientific production of the class for publication purposes.
