Julie A. Weast-Knapp, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Center for Cognition, Action and Perception, housed at the University of Cincinnati, USA. Her professional interests include perception of biological motion and perception of affordances in sport, as well as the science of teaching and learning in psychology. Gert-Jan Pepping, Ph.D., is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of the School of Exercise Science of the Australian Catholic University, in Brisbane, Australia. His interests include action selection, affordances, exploration and perceptuo-motor calibration in sport as well as healthy aging.
