In chapters -VI and VII studies of Triplex DNA structure (CT motif and GT motif) formation using oligodeoxynucleotide containing disulphide bond are described. Chapter-VIII describes the results of stabilization of RNA/DNA Duplex Structure by Disulphide Bond Containing Oligodeoxynucleotide. Summary at the end high light the results obtained.
