Chemical study of heterocyclic aromatic compounds is attractive both for academic knowledge and the significant medicinal interest. Isatin (Dioxindole) and substituted Isatin are very much popular to medicinal chemists due to their wide range of diversified biological activities e.g. antibacterial antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anticonvulsants, anti-tubercular activities. 1-methyl isatin, 3-thiosemicarbazone appears to be an extremely valuable prophylactic the agent against smallpox disease, several indole derivatives are reported to possess promising pharmacodynamic activities like…mehr

1-methyl isatin, 3-thiosemicarbazone appears to be an extremely valuable prophylactic the agent against smallpox disease, several indole derivatives are reported to possess promising pharmacodynamic activities like anti-depressant, analgesic and anti-inflammatory etc.4,5-dihydropyrazole is commonly known as pyrazoline. The attachment of a pyrazoline ring in an organic structure is of significant interest because of its easy accessibility and diverse properties. Both these compounds are reported to elicit said biological activities. Our studies revealed that a drug molecule possessing the above-mentioned pharmacophore could be employed to possess significant range of pharmacological properties.
