Abdel Nacer Amoukou Issaka holds a PhD in Nursing Sciences. He is a full member of the Francophone Society of Tropical Medicine and International Health. He is a researcher in health systems and an expert in therapeutic patient education.Ali Boudel Aboubacar holds a Master's degree in Health Sciences Education and a Master's degree in Public Health.
