Né en 1982, Anthony a commencé son éducation à partir d'une humble mendicité. Il a obtenu un baccalauréat ès arts avec spécialisation en éducation et une maîtrise en sciences. Enviornment and Natural Resources de l'université de Makerere. Il s'intéresse à la recherche transformatrice et travaille avec la communauté pour générer des connaissances scientifiques en vue de la transformation des moyens de subsistance.
