Autorenporträt
Peter William Noonan was born in Windsor, Ontario, in Canada. He graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1979 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in April 1981. Later that year he joined the Public Service of Canada and he spent the next thirty years engaged in the practice of public law, the first ten years of which are related in this book.
