The monograph explores the theoretical and practical aspects of sustainable development of the public health system in the context of the growing incidence of oncological diseases among women in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Special attention is given to the interconnection between health system sustainability and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3 and SDG 5), as well as to the impact of social, economic, and environmental factors on women's health. Based on the analysis of statistical data, governmental strategies, and health programs, the author proposes approaches to improving the prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment of female oncological diseases.The research findings can be applied in the development of national and regional public health programs aimed at strengthening system sustainability and improving the quality of medical care for women.
