He also produced online training and desktop simulations for the astronauts.He developed, implemented, and managed an effective competency-based technical training program for InterGen, a Royal Dutch Shell energy venture with Bechtel, that maximized safety and productivity while ensuring regulatory compliance.He established the in-house ability to create computer-based training, produced live interactive video streams from remote locations before internet video was a commonplace element of business, and created a portable video production studio for El Paso Natural Gas Pipeline, the largest natural gas pipeline company in America.He currently serves as the CEO of Storymakers, Inc., a creative arts enterprise and specialized publishing house based in Houston, Texas.
