Bekpulatov Ulugbek Rakhmatullo ugli, wurde am 12. September 1990 im Bezirk Chatirchi, Region Navoi, in der Republik Usbekistan geboren. Er arbeitet in der Abteilung "Methoden des Physik- und Astronomieunterrichts" und ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in der Abteilung "Sozialwissenschaften" des Staatlichen Pädagogischen Instituts Navoi.
