Il travaille actuellement en tant que chef du département des droits de propriété intellectuelle dans l'une des sociétés pharmaceutiques réputées basée à Gujarat, en Inde. Il donne également des conférences en tant que professeur invité dans de nombreux établissements d'enseignement supérieur. Il a publié de nombreux livres, articles, chapitres de livres et revues et possède également plusieurs brevets.
