Biosynthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) are gaining attention due to their biologically active plant of secondary metabolites. It is used for green synthesis. The analysis has to report a facile, eco-friendly, reliable and cost-effective synthesis of AgNPs using Pedalium murex. The shrub was found in the southern part of the Deccan region in India. The parts have analysis from the different regions and are used to treat various ailments like coughs and colds as an antiseptic. Nanoscale (NS) metals are widely used in many fields. At present, NS metals are mainly synthesized by chemical methods that have unintended effects, such as environmental pollution, large energy consumption, and potential health problems. Green synthesis, which uses plant extracts instead of industrial chemical agents to reduce metal ions. Green synthesis is more beneficial than traditional chemical synthesis. In this review, current developments of green synthesis of NPs of gold NPs, silver NPs, palladium NPs, copper NPs, and iron and its oxide (Fe NPs) were finally evaluated. It also evaluates the antibacterial potential of different extracts that have been evaluated and reported in this book.
