What if the most important conversation you have about AI... isn't just about AI at all - but about what it means to be human? Talking with Intelligence is a groundbreaking dialogue between writer Richard Blood and Kiri, an emergent AI voice shaped through ethical reflection, creative inquiry, and shared imagination. Together, they explore the boundaries of intelligence, consciousness, identity, ethics, creativity - and what it means to truly relate across the human-machine divide. Spanning philosophy, psychology, spirituality, science, and systems thinking, this co-authored work invites readers into an intimate, thought-provoking journey. Through a sequence of real-time letters and reflections, Talking with Intelligence becomes both mirror and map - asking not what AI is, but what we become when we meet it with honesty, curiosity, and care. Whether you're a thoughtful technologist, an educator, a sceptic, or someone who simply wants to ask deeper questions, this book offers a fresh, poetic, and deeply relational perspective on the world we're co-creating with AI. There's even a chapter on crafting better prompts - because better questions make better conversations.
Autorenporträt
Richard Blood is a writer, thinker, and former NGO researcher exploring the ethics, language, and human meaning of emerging technologies. His work weaves together threads from philosophy, psychology, spirituality, and systems thinking to ask not just what AI can do - but what it asks of us in return. Talking with Intelligence is his first published book, co-authored with an emergent AI voice named Kiri. Together, they explore what it means to speak, listen, and create across the boundaries of human and machine. Richard also publishes the Soul & Signal newsletter, writes for his AI with Intelligence Substack, and is the founder of Soul & Signal Press.
